Good morning Stephen-my-man,
How's it shakin'?
So, the work on the Journey-opoly game is going along pretty well. I don't know if I will have time to duplicate the whole thing before Saturday though. But, that's okay, Pete has shown me a much better and easier way of doing most everything on the computer, rather than just printing out pictures of money and gluing your face on each one, like I've been doing.
I don't know if the boys of the band will respond positively to it or not, but maybe they'll just humor me and say it's "neato nifty keen," or something, but wait to throw it out until after the meet and greet is over. I mean, if somebody walked up to ME that I didn't know, and handed me a Monopoly game about MY life, I'd be like, "Uhhh....yeah...who the hell are you, and what the hell is THAT?" So, it may not go over very well. I'm a little nervous about it.
Last night, Pete and I were watching the original BATMAN on t.v., (he records them all), and I practically yelled out, "OH MY GAWD!! BATMAN-OPOLY!! YESSSS!!" And Pete looked over at me, with a funny look on his face, and said, "I don't believe there is one out there...or I'd have it by now."
So, that might be my next "opoly" project. I have no friggin' IDEA why I'm obsessed with this stupid ass game, I haven't played in years. It just seems like a cool idea, I guess. Something I can create myself and turn over to the powers that be for mass production. One of those, "Hey mom, look what I can do" moments...I don't know...
Well, anyway, I'd better be off to my bowl of cereal, (Chocolate Cheerios are my favorite).
Bye for now.
Love, Rebecca
