  I am totally FLABBERGASTED that Kevin actually AGREES with me about that link he posted.  I mean, come on, if you're trying to prove a point in an argument with a link that somebody ELSE writes all sorts of crap on, and gets his balls busted for it, then you're really not READING IT FIRST, are ya?!  Kevin really should have read it first, but now he's all "my bad," 
  and I'm all, "No problem, glad you tried. Keep at it."
  
  
  I thought it was nice that he added "no name calling here on WKEV."  He really does try to rise above the BS and cut through the crap to get to the real story, and for that, I applaud him. That's what we should ALL be doing, diligently, every day.
  
  
  Gadzooks, I can't believe that people out there really cannot think critically about things anymore....especially about politics. I'll admit, that subject is a whole lotta crapola-hooey to wade through, and if you really want the FACTS, you gotta dig deep for each one.  Ya gotta really do some homework about it before you spout off about something that isn't true, because that can land ya in a whole lotta trouble...slander & libel are NOT fun things to deal with.  But people on the internet think they are immune to such things, and yell out "freedom of speech," but ya know, if you're ACCUSING somebody of being a corrupt journalist, you'd better DAMN well have some factual evidence to back that claim up. 
  
  
  I believe it's each and every one of our RESPONSIBILITY'S AS AMERICAN CITIZENS to do that vital political homework BEFORE going to the voting booth in November.  
  
  
  The media obviously fails at critical thinking, and definitely fails miserably at OBJECTIVELY REPORTING THE NEWS, so who else can we count on, but ourselves?  
  
  
  I really don't know how much money Diane Sawyer makes, (nor do I care), but she's just a TALKING HEAD, she's not the actual person who goes out and gathers the information, she's not the person who types it up on the teleprompter, she just sits there and READS this stuff on the air.  Twelve Million Dollars to do that?? Well, it's okay for a FOOTBALL player to make twice as much, but not a television news anchor who is FEMALE???
  
  
  I call SHENANIGANS on this whole stupid thing.  It has nothing to do with politics. It's all about women being paid equal wages as men, folks.  That's the bottom line to this whole story.  
  
  
  How much money does Anderson Cooper make, I wonder?!  For doing the same exact shit as Diane Sawyer?!  Does anybody care to go research THAT for some factual evidence to prove me WRONG?!!
